When I saw Vicki's card I had to case her, go see her blog, she does beautiful work! Click on HERE.I did change some little things, I love how elegant this card is. It's for a bridal shower and on the inside I made a little envelope for the gift card.
From Spellbinders I have used the Renaissance hearts, Kaleidoscoop, Pinking circles and scalloped hearts. For the background I used the new bigger dots from Cuttlebug, the size is 5x7 and it's already a favourite for me.
The little heart and the next layer are popped up.
