Another card that turned out so much different than I had planned...I love the Stampscapes stamps but I also struggle with them especially when it comes to colouring. So I was happy to find a new blog this week that is gonna be all about those wonderful stamps, check it out HERE.
For this card I used my Prismacolour pencils and some gamsol and the blender pencil , added some accents with gel and sakure glitter pens and inked the image with antique linen distress ink. I also sprayed the image to seal it. What I like about using the prismacolour pencils is the variety of colours, lots to choose from, and that you can easily blend the colours even without using the gamsol.
The whole shadow/highlighting thing is something I always struggle with so I like to avoid that but that is not possible with those stamps. So I keep on trying...practice makes perfect, right?
I know I am far from that but it was fun to play and I am gonna visit this new site a lot and hope to learn from other talented people!!
Have a great day, Anja

I'm always in awe of your coloured images! I do well to watercolour a few of mine, but I usually leave the Stampscapes ones the colour of the ink, and send it that way.
Thanks for that link - I'm going to check it out often - I can sure use help to take my images a step further!
