C4C422, sketch challenge

Happy Saturday! Third Saturday of the month means SKETCH CHALLENGE over at the CRAZIES! I love sketch challenges, it thinks of layouts I can never come up with, lol.

For this card, I used a piece of  double sided designer paper that I found in my scraps, I have so many pieces laying around and always think that I am gonna use them. This week, I took the courage to throw out a lot of those pieces....

The sentiment from this card is from MFT, the butterflies are heat embossed in green and from a Penny Black set. I added the extra circle on the left top. Some score lines and Nuvo drops.

C4C421, showing love and/or appreciation!

Happy Saturday! Another challenge over at the CRAZIES, here it is:

"Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. Make your project reflect love or appreciation. Make a Valentine, Anniversary, Thinking of You or card showing support."
I just love my Cameo, there is always an image there I can use to cut. For this card, I cut the hearts but also a stencil with hearts to make a background. Sentiments are from Penny Black. Some sequins, nuvo drops and a metallic card base. The strip under the sentiment. is a piece of glossy cardstock with alcohol inks, such a fun technique. Hope you like it! C4C420, put a heart on it!

Back again with the challenge for today over at the CRAZIES. Here we go:
  Add a heart to your project this week. You can make a Valentine, put a little heart on a critter, or make a heart shaped card - just show us a heart.

My Silhouette came to the rescue again, I cut this beautiful heart from mat gold paper and added some sequins and 2 little red hearts. Background is embossed with a  Darice heart folder, sentiment from MFT.
I think it turned out simple and elegant. Hope you will join us in the challenge!

C4C419, opposites!

The blog app on my new phone is not doing as I want it to.....probably I am doing something wrong, but I can not figure it out....my prepared posts do not show up and I did not even notice.
Last week the challenge over at the CRAZIES was opposites, January 25 is opposite day and we were asked to play with that.
I made this card, the cats, window and hearts are from the Silhouette, background make with distress oxide inks and an old stamp.
